Before You Begin

The purpose of this guide is to explain how to configure Poly’s One Touch Dial application.

Audience, Purpose, and Required Skills

The primary audience for this guide is administrators who configure, customize, manage, and troubleshoot video devices that are integrated with Poly's One Touch Dial application. If configuring Microsoft calendars, the administrator is expected to have Microsoft IT administrative expertise. The administrator should also be familiar with video conferencing concepts. This guide is written for a technical audience.
