Bulk Management
This feature allows the user to upload multiple devices quickly into One Touch Dial.
Bulk Device Management
Prerequisite
Collect all the device information to load, in one of the following formats:
- Comma-separated values (CSV)
- Tab-separated values (TSV)
- Copy/paste directly from a spreadsheet application
Note: The first row must be a header row using any of the following field names; name, make, calendar_account, credentials_username, credentials_password, and push_to_host (Cisco only).

Add a Bulk Upload
Procedure
- In the Devices tab, click the Bulk Management button.
- Select the Upload Device CSV button.
- Browse to select the file containing the device information, and click Open.
Or
Copy the device information (with Notepad, or other) from a spreadsheet, and paste into the provided field. - The information will display in the Review Data section. Review and click Submit Data.
- The results will display "Successfully added # device." or an error.
- Click The Download Device Security Credentials if needed.
Note: This option to download the Security Credentials will not be available again. - Click Start Another Bulk Upload to perform another upload.
Prior Bulk Uploads
All previous uploads are listed on this tab, along with information of the upload. The user can view, and delete this upload if needed.
Procedure
- In the Devices tab, click the Bulk Management button.
- Click the Prior Bulk Uploads tab.
- All the previous uploads are listed.
- Click the icon next to the upload to view the details of the upload.
- The upload can be deleted, by clicking the red delete icon. Click Delete to confirm.
