Meeting Providers
The One Touch Dial application is enabled to work with all supported meeting providers, by default. A meeting provider can be disabled as needed.
- Click the Settings menu.
- In the Meeting Providers section, use the associated toggle to enable/disable any of the meeting providers listed.
RealConnect Provider Settings
One Touch Dial will automatically recognize calendar events from the following providers and enable the Join Now functionality for them.
Note: Providers can be enabled, even though your organization does not subscribe to them.

| RealConnect with Skype for Business Online | Enables the One Touch Dial service to process Skype meeting invitations sent by Skype for Business Online users, which include a VTC Conference ID in the body of the message. |
| RealConnect with Skype for Business Server | Enables the One Touch Dial service to process Skype meeting invitations sent by Skype for Business Server users, which include an Audio Conference ID in the bocy of the message and ConfID@h.plcm.vc in the footer of the message. |
